- The Dixon
Dub Station (DDS) handles Betacam or MII (Y, R-Y,
and B-Y). Also available for S-VHS/HI-8 (Y and C) and/or
NTSC composite.

Dixon Dub Station's 4 switchable inputs allow easy creation
of up to 16 sideline/endzone intercut tapes.
- Vertical-Interval
switched video ensures smooth cuts, eliminating breakup
and vertical roll.

recorder button switches between record and record-pause,
providing a disturbance-free, clean back-space edit.

Dixon Dub Station is a versatile duplication facility,
providing input selection from 4 sources to any or all
of up to 16 recorders.
- Dub
two tapes simultaneously to up to 8 recorders each, using
the dual dub option, DDX2.
- The
DDX2 dubs 1 tape to 8 recorders while intercutting a game
or practice to another 8 recorders.
- The
Dixon Dub Station allows rapid compiling of offense, defense,
and kick breakdown tapes with manual on-the-fly editing.
- Start/Stop
several recorders simultaneously, using the "group-roll"
button for each row of record buttons.
- The
Dixon Dub Station uses industry standard connectors. The
Betacam version uses 12-pin dub connectors for input
and 26-pin camera/recorder connectors for output.
- Off-the-shelf
switchers and video distribution amplifiers from a major
video equipment manufacturer ensure long-term availability
of support and, if needed, repair or component replacement.
- Externally
supplied 12 V.D.C. power is distributed internally to
the recorders via the 26-pin connectors in groups of 4
machines per 12-volt input.
- All
the Dixon Dub Station's capabilities are housed in a rugged
travel case. Removable front and rear covers provide protection
as well as easy access to the controls and connectors.
- Fourteen
NFL teams currently use the Dixon Dub Station.
